• We have a new board member.  Todd Rush with Zmudy Building Products is replacing Dave Marcade who has left his position at Schultz Roofing Supply and is no longer a member of the SWMHBA.

• July 11^th we will be working on getting our roof repaired.  I have a volunteer sheet made up, and would like to get a couple of volunteers who don’t mind getting dirty to come by and help out.\

• You will also be receiving information about our Golf outing with this bulletin.  For those of you who get your bulletins electronically, it will be in a separate email

• If you would like to be added to the email list send me a quick email at swmhba@att.net or give the office a call.

• The SWMHBA is looking for prize donations to be used during the Parade of Homes VIP party on the 23^rd of July.  Please let me know if you would like to donate a prize.

• The MAHB is still looking for feedback in regards to the Michigan Business Tax.  Please fill out the form located at http://www.buildingmichigan.org and either fax or email it back.  The MAHB is requesting this information be turned in no later than July 7^th.  They would also like to know if you paid, or will pay, the MBT along with the dollar amount.  Your information will be kept confidential and used only in determining how different ideas will affect the housing industry.  If you want this issue fixed, they need to hear from you.
