12th Annual Parade of Homes
Parade Dates: July 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 31st & August 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Hours of Parade: Thursdays & Fridays 6:00 p.m thru 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 12:00 (noon) thru 8:00 p.m
Sundays: 12:00 (noon) thru 6:00 p.m.

The Parade of Homes is a marketing partnership between the Southwestern Michigan Home Builder members, suppliers, subcontractors, associates, and the Southwestern Michigan Home Builders Association, Inc. For this event, showcase homes are built and opened for public viewing during the Parade of Homes hours. For the public, the Parade of Homes allows them a chance to dream, a chance to see beautiful designs, state of the art techniques and materials, and decorating. For the non-profit groups staffing the homes to sell tickets during the Parade of Homes, it is an opportunity to raise funds for their organizations.
Entry Deadline and Fee Schedule
Date: April 30th, 2008
Entry fee: $1,100.00
Performance fee: $500.00
Total Due: $1,600.00
Second Entry: $850.00
Performance fee: $500.00
Total Due: $1,350.00
The $500.00 Performance fee will be refunded within 30 days after the close of the 2008 Parade of Homes if the Parade Builder complies with the terms of the contract.
Full refund of entry fee will be given if requested in writing no later than 5:00 p.m on Wednesday, April 30th, 2008. No refunds will be given after April 30th, 2008.
